Your order

When you pay, you accept our quotation for the goods in your basket and we confirm your order by email or phone. Prices shown include VAT unless marked as trade prices. If we can’t supply something you’ve ordered, we’ll tell you and refund you for it in full.

Cut-to-length grass

Artificial grass is cut to the length you choose, so we can’t take it back or refund it if you change your mind. Please check your measurements before ordering. This doesn’t affect your rights if the grass is faulty or not as described.

Sundries

If you’re a consumer, you can cancel sundries (unopened and unused) within 14 days of receiving them. Tell us by phone or email and return them to the yard; we’ll refund you within 14 days of getting them back.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is free within SN postcodes. The date you pick at checkout is a preference — we’ll confirm the actual date with you. Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery, and the site needs reasonable access for our vehicle. Collections are from our yard, Monday to Friday.

Faulty goods

Please check your grass when it arrives and before you lay it. If something’s wrong, tell us straight away — don’t lay grass you think is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
